Vinyasa Yoga

A weekly dynamic vinyasa yoga class with Laura Kenyon, blending dance-informed movement and ending with slower mobility work.

Laura Kenyon leads a Monday evening vinyasa yoga class drawing on her dance background to vary pace, style and intensity. Sessions are dynamic with a focus on strengthening postures, closing with a slower flow emphasising mobility and flexibility in the spine or hips, all set to music. The class runs weekly from 6pm to 7pm, from 14th October to 16th December.
