Shamanic Meditation and Sound Healing Circle

A Shamanic Meditation and Sound Healing Circle led by Anita Chakraburtty, featuring Yoga Nidra and sound healing instruments.

The session begins with Anita Chakraburtty discussing seasonal energies and relevant spiritual or astrological alignments. Participants set private intentions for health, career, or spiritual growth. The event includes a Yoga Nidra process and deep breathing, followed by sound healing using Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas, Shamanic drumming, and Aboriginal rainsticks. There is time at the end for attendees to share their experiences.
