Sound Bath

A guided sound bath meditation session in the museum galleries, led by Berni Crane of Mindlight Meditation.

Berni Crane of Mindlight Meditation facilitates a sound bath session in the museum galleries, combining guided body scan meditation with instruments such as drums, rain sticks, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and chimes. Participants lie down with mats, pillows and blankets while the sounds promote relaxation and wellbeing. This is one of three standalone sessions; attendees must bring their own pillows and blankets, wear comfortable clothing, and complete a health form beforehand. No latecomers can be admitted.
