About
Free volunteer-led drop-in for new and expectant parents with non-mobile babies, with breastfeeding support from an NCT counsellor.
NCT Reading hosts a Bumps and Babies session alongside its Baby Cafe at the Reading Biscuit Factory. Parents with non-mobile babies can meet, chat and let their babies explore and play in a relaxed, child-friendly space. A qualified NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor is on hand to support parents with feeding — whether breastfeeding, expressing, mixed or formula feeding, introducing solids or stopping — and to signpost other local services. No booking is needed; simply drop in any time between 1pm and 3pm.
