Grief Support Group

A peer support session for those grieving a loss, offering a space to share experiences and receive supportive listening.

New Unity's Grief Support Group is for people grieving the loss of a loved one, whether through death or the end of a relationship. Participants share their experiences of loss and benefit from supportive listening from others in the group. The session runs from 12.45pm to 1.45pm, and childcare can be requested by emailing the organiser by the Wednesday before at 5pm.
