Parent & Baby Sound Bath

A one-hour calming sound and sensory session for parents with babies aged 0-9 months, held in a cinema screen at Lumiere Romford.

Well Social hosts a gentle parent and baby sound bath inside a cinema screen, where participants lie down surrounded by soothing sounds from instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes and ambient sound, with the option of sitting in comfy cinema seats. The relaxed, baby-friendly session welcomes babies to move, make noise, feed and settle naturally, and is suitable for parents with babies aged 0-9 months. Organisers say the hour-long experience supports relaxation, bonding and better sleep, and attendees are asked to bring anything their baby may need plus a blanket. The session is not suitable for anyone with epilepsy, who is pregnant, or who has metal in their body such as a pacemaker.
