Tinky Winky: My Story

A behind-the-scenes documentary screening about the original Tinky Winky, Dave Thompson, followed by a live Q&A with Thompson and director Joe Bor.

This event features a candid documentary about the Teletubbies, told through the eyes of comedian Dave Thompson, the original performer of Tinky Winky. It explores the surreal realities of playing one of television's most recognisable roles and the internal tensions that shaped the show's legacy. The screening is followed by an unfiltered live Q&A with Dave Thompson and director Joe Bor, where the audience can ask questions about the making of the show. It takes place in the Komedia Studio with unreserved seating and is open to ages 16 and over.
