GoodGym Bexley volunteers help Discover Welling fix remembrance poppies to lamp posts along Welling High Street ahead of Armistice Day.
GoodGym Bexley is running a community task to mark Armistice Day and Remembrance Day in Welling. Volunteers will meet at Welling Library at 3pm and help Discover Welling put up remembrance poppies along the lamp posts on Welling High Street, working along one side of the road and back down the other, fixing the poppies with cable ties. The session lasts an hour and involves walking the length of the high street; participants must be 18 or over.
