Bee-Friendly Planting Session
About
A GoodGym Bexley volunteer session planting bee-friendly flowers at Welling Station with the Bumblebee Conservation Trust to create pollinator habitat.
GoodGym Bexley is joining the Bumblebee Conservation Trust's SE London B.E.E. Project for a two-hour planting session at Welling Station, a B.E.E. Community Hub. Participants will plant bee-friendly flowers to create new habitats for pollinators, learning simple habitat-building techniques and about the needs of native bumblebee species. Plants are provided by the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, and the activity is described as light and suitable for all experience levels. Participants must be 18 or over and book a place via Eventbrite as well as signing up on GoodGym.
