Sunday Morning Shamanic Drum Journey & Sound Healing

A small-group Sunday morning session in the Garden Yurt combining guided meditation, shamanic drum journey and sound healing with percussion, bowls and flute.

Spirit of Centre hosts a peaceful Sunday morning gathering in the Garden Yurt at 1369 Warwick Road, Knowle. The 75-minute session opens with a guided meditation to connect into and extend the heart space, followed by a shamanic drum journey and sound cleansing using percussion, Himalayan bowls and flute. The sound healing is shaped by what arises on the day for those present, and no previous experience is needed. The session is facilitated by Helena Eagles, a shamanic practitioner, sacred drummer and drum healing tutor with the College of Sound Healing.
