About
A monthly choral evensong by the St Mary of Eton Evensong Choir, this service commemorating the faithful departed for All Souls.
The St Mary of Eton Evensong Choir sings choral services once a month, reviving the tradition of choral evensong in east London. This November service marks All Souls, the commemoration of all the faithful departed, with music including S.S. Wesley's 'Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace', Eleanor Daley's 'In Remembrance' and John Rutter's 'The Lord bless you and keep you'. The choir's repertoire spans Renaissance polyphony, Victorian revival works and contemporary composers.
