Adult £17; child aged 1+ £20. Babies under 1 need no ticket: provide their name and age in the booking notes so a gift can be prepared. Optional donation-inclusive prices are £20 adult and£21 child. Pre-booked only; individual train slots are selected when booking. Annual passes and general museum tickets do not include this event.

About
A pre-booked steam-train journey carries families to Santa’s woodland grotto, with a children’s craft activity and gift.
At the booked time, the steam-hauled train leaves Reeds Road Station for North Pole Station and the woodland grotto. Children can make crafts while waiting; each child aged 0–12 receives a named gift. These are pre-booked-only dates. Published public access windows are 10:00–17:30 on 12, 13, 19 and 20 December, and 12:00–16:00 on 18 December; individual booking slots fall within those windows.
