About
An afternoon lino printing and collage workshop at Provan Hall illustrating scenes from Robert Burns's poem Tam o' Shanter.
Participants listen to a recording of Robert Burns's Tam o' Shanter and choose a vivid scene — witches, ghosts, storms or the pub — to illustrate. Using collage or drawing, they design their image, transfer it to a lino block, learn to carve, then hand print the design and add letter-stamped text describing the scene. Snacks and hot drinks are provided, and no experience is necessary.
