Leadership, Inclusion & Structural Reasonable Adjustments - Autumn 2026
About
A half-day autism training module for education leaders on embedding inclusive culture and structural reasonable adjustments in schools.
This three-hour in-person training module, compiled by the Autism Learning Support Team, is aimed at leaders and leadership teams within education settings. It covers education legislation and guidance on inclusion, the steps needed to lead culture change, and how structural reasonable adjustments can support autistic pupils. Participants work with AET resources to embed the eight principles of good autism practice and the Autism Standards Framework, leaving with tools to plan and lead inclusive change in their setting.
