Calf Cuddles

Small-group 20-minute sessions meeting, brushing and learning about Goat Shed's Simmental calves in the Cow Shed.

Calf Cuddles is a hands-on farm experience in the Cow Shed's calf pen, with groups of up to eight people spending 20 minutes with this year's calves. Each session features four calves, with two guests per calf, and visitors learn each animal's name, personality, birth details and daily routines, plus how they're prepared for show season, before gently brushing them. Sessions are supervised by the Goat Shed team; children under 6, pregnant visitors and wheelchair users cannot take part, and closed-toe footwear with old clothing is required.
