Cheese-Making Course

A full-day hands-on goat's cheese-making workshop at the Goat Shed, with dairy tour, cheese science, grazing board lunch and take-home cheese.

This full-day workshop at Fielding Cottage guides participants through the science of cheese-making, includes a behind-the-scenes tour of the dairy, and hands-on crafting of their own cheese under expert guidance. The day runs 9:15am to 3:30pm and includes a grazing board lunch in the Goat Shed Kitchen plus refreshments. Participants leave with their handmade cheese, a certificate and a course booklet. The course is aimed at adults aged 17 and over and requires a minimum of six participants to run.
