Sausage Making Workshop

A hands-on workshop where participants learn traditional sausage making techniques and create their own pork sausages using local meat.

Participants join the Goat Shed Butchery to learn the art of traditional sausage making using locally farmed pork from The Allen’s at Morley Farm. The session covers equipment, ingredients, and techniques, including mixing, filling, and linking. Attendees can take home up to 30 handmade pork sausages.
