A one-hour restorative yoga session by candlelight at 2 Greek St in Stockport, ending with yoga nidra and a head massage.

Mi Vida Inner Health hosts an in-person candlelit yoga session lasting about an hour. It begins with a gentle warm-up, moves into restorative yoga, and closes with yoga nidra and a head massage.
