Disability Arts: Music & Movement

Chair-based gentle exercise to music for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, including dementia, led by Elizabeth Blake.

These sessions offer gentle, enjoyable exercise to music designed for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, including those living with dementia. The class is mainly chair-based with optional standing movements and is suitable for wheelchair users. Participants use sensory props and handheld musical instruments in a multisensory session that engages both body and mind. Each class runs for an hour from 10:30am and is led by instructor Elizabeth Blake.
