About
A temporary exhibition explores the history and folklore of Ravenser Odd, a medieval Humber port that disappeared beneath the sea.
This travelling pop-up exhibition follows the rise and disappearance of the short-lived medieval town at the mouth of the Humber, including stories of its wealth, piracy accusations and eventual loss to the sea. The museum publishes the local run from 29 October 2026 through 6 January 2027.
