About
Wessex Water staff hold a drop-in session at Westbury Library where customers can ask questions and get help with billing and other queries.
Wessex Water runs community drop-in sessions at libraries and community venues across its region, with the Westbury sessions taking place at Westbury Library from 10am to 2pm. Customers can attend without an appointment to discuss their water service, and anyone with a billing enquiry is encouraged to bring a recent bill or their customer number. Adjustments for attendees can be arranged in advance by email, and support organisations can refer customers for additional advice.
