Hair & Barbering Masterclass

A hands-on hair and barbering taster session at Nelson and Colne College for Year 10 and 11 students, covering styling, blow drying and plaiting.

This masterclass invites Year 10 and Year 11 students into the college's professional Hair and Barbering salon to experience training for a career in the hair industry. Participants develop practical skills through hands-on sessions led by experienced tutors in a realistic salon environment, learning techniques including styling, blow drying and plaiting with professional equipment and products. The session runs from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm and is aimed at young people considering futures as hairstylists, barbers or salon owners.
