Robin Hood - the Panto

Thame Players stage Tom Whalley's family pantomime Robin Hood, with songs, jokes and knockabout humour over two weeks this Christmas.

Thame Players' annual pantomime is Robin Hood, written by Tom Whalley, following Robin and his Merry Men as they battle the Sheriff of Nottingham and his henchmen Scratchit and Sniff, with Maid Marian, King Richard, Nanny Fanny Flapjack and Silly Willy along the way. The show promises singing, dancing, corny jokes and knockabout humour, including a rendition of The Twelve Days of Christmas. Performances run from 3 to 13 December 2026, with matinee, early evening and evening shows; 2pm shows end around 4:30pm, 5:30pm shows around 8pm and 7:45pm shows around 10:15pm.
