Billy Watman - Classical Gone Rogue

Guitarist Billy Watman blends classical precision and flamenco flair in reimagined rock, pop, disco and film themes at Thame.

Royal College of Music-trained guitarist Billy Watman performs his 'Classical Gone Rogue' show, applying classical and flamenco techniques to unexpected material — rock anthems, pop hits, disco classics and Hollywood themes — alongside his own compositions. His online performances have drawn millions of views, including a Bohemian Rhapsody arrangement shared by Queen and Brian May's official channels, and he has toured with acts such as Adam & Rick Wakeman's Jazz Sabbath. The evening promises virtuosic playing with humour and unpredictability, returning after a previous sold-out show at the venue.
