Come and Sing: Fauré Requiem - Workshops

A block of four evening chorus rehearsals preparing singers for Opera North's Come and Sing performance of Fauré's Requiem.

Opera North is running four Thursday evening rehearsals at the Howard Opera Centre in Leeds, led by choral conductor Christopher Pulleyn and an Opera North repetiteur, to prepare participants for the Come and Sing Fauré Requiem event at Leeds Grand Theatre on 25 February 2027. Singers will work on the Requiem (1900 full orchestral version, sung in Latin) and Cantique de Jean Racine (sung in French). Participants must be able to read a score or pick up music by ear, bring their own vocal score, and book separately for the final performance. Places are limited and bookable only as a block of four; the workshops are for ages 18 and over.
