Festival Masterclass with Christoph Prégardien

Opera North's Young Artists work on song repertoire with tenor Christoph Prégardien in the final masterclass of the Leeds Song Festival.

The Leeds Song Festival's final masterclass follows the Young Artists' showcase performance earlier in the day. Christoph Prégardien, a celebrated lyric tenor and teacher at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Zürich and the Academy of Music in Cologne, coaches the singers across a varied selection of song repertoire. The three-hour session offers audiences insight into his musicianship and artistic perspective, ahead of his own Festival-closing recital the following evening.
