About

Jade Lake teaches Qi Gong through movement, breathing and mindful attention in six-week autumn terms.

These classes welcome all ages and newcomers. The autumn terms run 16 September–21 October and 11 November–16 December, with a two-week break between them. Classes take place in the first-floor Dance Studio; the first class is free.
