Moving Through // Autumn

A two-part sensory movement workshop for women combining Qigong, breath, sound and embodied anatomy across two Sunday sessions.

Out of Line presents MOVING THROUGH // AUTUMN, a two-part sensory immersion for women exploring the season's rhythms of gathering and letting go. Each 90-minute session draws on Qigong, fascia work, embodied anatomy, breath, sound, imagery and movement to help participants slow down and reconnect with their bodies. The workshops take place on Sunday 4 October and Sunday 15 November at 11.30am in the Gallery Suite.
