Set up the 'Open House' for Get Rid Of & Donate (GROAD) @ St. Faith's Community Centre
About
GoodGym Southwark volunteers help sort donated items and set up the GROAD 'Open House' giving free clothing, household items, toys and books to those in need.
GoodGym Southwark is running a two-hour volunteering task supporting Get Rid Of & Donate (GROAD) at St Faith's Community Centre near North Dulwich station. Participants take in and sort donated items and help set up the 'Open House' for beneficiaries of the project, including vulnerable families, refugees and people in crisis. GROAD volunteers will be present to instruct participants, and people can stay for as long as they can. The session is open to anyone aged 18 or over, with seven places remaining at the time of publication.
