St Andrews Play Club presents an amateur production of Amanda Whittington's comedy Ladies' Day, performed by arrangement with Nick Hern Books. The play follows Pearl, Jan, Shelley and Linda, four friends from a fish factory who swap their hairnets for fascinators on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to the races, where secrets surface, tempers fray and a life-changing bet keeps the tension high. The show runs 2 hours 20 minutes including an interval, with evening performances at 7.30pm and a 2.30pm Saturday matinee. It is recommended for ages 12+ and contains some strong language.
