The Dark Room (Foundry)

John Robertson's interactive comedy show, now in its 13th year, casts the audience as players trapped in an inescapable dungeon run by a sadistic videogame boss. The crowd picks surreal on-screen options in a choose-your-own-adventure format, with stand-up, crowdwork, chanting and prizes; winners earn money while failures are told they die. The show has toured festivals including Glastonbury and Download and sold out at the Edinburgh Fringe and Soho Theatre. Age restriction 14+.
