Introduction to Linocut Beginners' Printmaking Workshop

A three-hour beginner-friendly linocut printmaking workshop at the Mustard & Gray studio in Shrewsbury, with all materials included.

This relaxed evening workshop introduces complete beginners to linocut printmaking over three hours at the Mustard & Gray studio. Participants learn to design an image suitable for linocut, transfer it to a lino block, carve it safely using linocut tools, and ink and print their own single-colour prints on different papers. Everyone leaves with a hand-carved lino block and a set of original prints, plus tips for continuing at home. Taught in small friendly groups, with tea, coffee and cake provided and all materials included.
