French Wine Scholar: Languedoc, Roussillon and Corsica Evening
About
A Wine Scholar Guild masterclass evening tasting the wines of Languedoc, Roussillon and Corsica, hosted by West London Wine School.
This single-evening masterclass forms part of the Wine Scholar Guild's French Wine Scholar curriculum and doubles as a taster for anyone considering the full programme. The session covers the history, geography and cultural influences shaping these southern French and island regions, alongside a curated tasting spanning Languedoc reds and Picpoul de Pinet, Roussillon blends and sweet wines, and Corsican wines from local grape varieties. It is aimed at wine enthusiasts and prospective students, though not suitable for those currently enrolled on the French Wine Scholar course.
