Learn to prepare Sri Lankan dishes with chef Rismi, working with other participants before sharing a meal.
The advertised menu includes beef korma, chicken, aubergine pickle, bean curry, rice, coconut sambal, salad and semolina pudding. This menu includes beef, chicken and tuna. Recipes are emailed after the class. Bring an apron and containers for leftovers; ingredients cannot be substituted. All Saints has step-free access and seating at trestle tables, but no accessible toilet.
