A workshop by Grampian Regional Equality Council exploring race, culture, mental health and identity at The Nook Aberdeen.

Grampian Regional Equality Council presents Roots, Resilience and Renewal, an exploratory workshop subtitled Race, Culture, Mental Health and the Things We Carry. Participants are invited on a discovery journey exploring the self through individual paths of mind, body and roots, looking at developing and evolving identities, cultures and mental wellbeing. The session lasts 90 minutes, is in person at The Nook Aberdeen, and is open to people aged 16 and over.
