Qualifications Scotland Train the Trainer Course

A three-day QS-accredited course teaching vocational staff how to plan and deliver training to small groups, ending with an assessment day.

This Qualifications Scotland-accredited unit, Planning and Delivering Training Sessions to Groups (HE0T 33), is aimed at people with vocational expertise who deliver or plan to deliver training in small group settings, and requires no formal qualifications. It runs over three in-person sessions in Dingwall, mixing training with delivery practice, with an assessment day on the final session. Participants complete around six hours of assignment work between sessions, such as developing training plans, and need their own laptop. The course is led by trainer Kirsty Harding.
