Christmas Willow Weaving Workshop - Stars and Lights

A two-hour willow weaving workshop where adults make a Christmas star decorated with fairy lights and seasonal foliage.

A two-hour festive craft session run by Nature Makers in which participants build a rigid five-point star from pliable willow rods, weave LED fairy lights through the frame and finish it with winter greenery and ribbon. No previous experience is needed, with all tools, materials and step-by-step guidance provided. The workshop is aimed at adults, though accompanied young people over 14 are welcome; organisers note willow contains salicylic acid, so those allergic to aspirin should wear gloves.
