An adult ballet course for beginner and intermediate dancers, developing basic steps, body placement, flexibility, strength and balance.
Weekly ballet instruction uses barre exercises and centre combinations, with demonstrations, practice and tutor feedback. RHACC describes the class as a continuing health and wellbeing cycle.
