December Sound Bath

An evening sound bath journey at Mundon Victory Hall with guided meditation, essential oils, herbal tea and oracle cards.

Rachel Maker hosts a three-hour sound bath journey at Mundon Victory Hall. The session includes a guided meditation, a sound bath experienced lying down, doTerra essential oils, herbal tea, a sweet treat and oracle cards. Attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and water, and the event is for ages 18 and over; those with epilepsy, a pacemaker, severe mental health illness or in their first trimester of pregnancy are advised to consult a doctor first.
