The Reset Collective hosts a pre-Christmas wellbeing session offering time and calm before the festive rush. The 2.5-hour programme includes a festive therapeutic art workshop, reflective journaling, EFT tapping to ease overwhelm and a guided meditation, with mince pies and hot drinks served. It takes place in person at the village hall in Itchen Abbas.
