The Magnetic Reset

A 90-minute breathwork and meditation experience designed to help participants reset and regulate their nervous system.

This session is a calming breathwork and meditation experience intended to help participants slow down and reconnect with themselves. The program includes guided breathwork, meditation, reflection, and journaling to aid nervous system regulation. Participants are encouraged to come as they are, and occasional Cacao ceremonies may be available.
