Drum the Body Awake – African Drum Circle

A 75-minute African drum circle in Redditch led by Sarah Westwood, open to all with no musical experience needed.

This participatory African drumming session at St Andrews Methodist Church invites people to play together for wellbeing, using rhythm to release stress, boost energy and connect with others. No musical experience is required, and under-16s may attend with a parent or legal guardian. The session runs for 75 minutes with doors at 7:15pm, and is led by Sarah Westwood, who has over 30 years' experience leading drumming, chanting and sound healing and founded Primal Sound.
