Immigration, Asylum and Migrant Rights Training with Praxis

Three free training sessions at Auto Italia led by the charity Praxis on rights, media narratives and trauma-informed practice in the immigration and asylum system.

As part of Auto Italia's Participation Artist-in-Residence programme with Rose Nordin and artists from Brighter Futures, Praxis leads three free training sessions. The first introduces routes through the immigration and asylum system and how to signpost people to support; the second explores media perceptions of migration, difficult conversations and basic safety; the third introduces trauma-informed practice. Sessions two and three include contributions from people with lived experience, and the programme is aimed at youth workers, cultural workers, educators and community organisers.
