The Royal Opera Screening: Così Fan tutte

Netia Jones reimagines Mozart’s comedy of manners, Così fan tutte, as a sharp contemporary opera exploring seduction and shifting reality.

The opera follows two young men who hatch a plan to test the fidelity of their girlfriends. The production reimagines the 18th-century romantic trickery through a sharp contemporary lens. The cast is led by Louise Alder, Simone McIntosh, Mingjie Lei, and Huw Montague Rendall, conducted by Thomas Hengelbrock.
