First Aid at Work (FAW) Course - Aberdeen

A three-day HSE-aligned First Aid at Work training course at Holiday Inn Aberdeen West, qualifying attendees as designated workplace first aiders.

Brity First Aid delivers this three-day First Aid at Work (FAW) course, running from Wednesday 4th to Friday 6th November 2026, 9:00am to 5:00pm each day. The HSE-aligned training covers primary survey and recovery position, adult CPR and AED use, bleeding control, burns, fractures, spinal injuries, heart attacks, strokes, medical emergencies such as asthma, diabetes and anaphylaxis, and poisoning. Assessment is by continuous observation plus a short multiple-choice questionnaire, and successful participants receive a British Red Cross-awarded FAW qualification valid for three years. Training is hands-on in small groups of up to 12, with course materials and a free mental health module included.
