First Aid at Work (FAW) Course - Scunthorpe

A 3-day HSE-aligned First Aid at Work training course at Wortley House Hotel, Scunthorpe, qualifying attendees as designated workplace first aiders.

Brity First Aid runs this 3-day, HSE-aligned First Aid at Work course from Monday 2nd to Wednesday 4th November 2026, 9am to 5pm each day, at the Wortley House Hotel in Scunthorpe. It covers emergency response, trauma management and medical conditions, including CPR and AED use, bleeding control, burns, fractures, spinal injuries, heart attacks, strokes, asthma, diabetes, anaphylaxis and poisoning. Training is hands-on with small groups of up to 12, assessed by continuous observation plus a short multiple-choice questionnaire, and successful participants receive a British Red Cross FAW qualification valid for three years. Attendees must be at least 14 years old, and no prior first aid experience is required.
