Harshani and Edd of Mind Body Wellbeing host a three-hour Sacred Sounds for the Soul evening at Mill Farm Retreat on the eve of Diwali's new moon. The programme includes mantra chanting, drumming circle songs, herbal teas and homemade cake, a restorative sound journey, and closing yogic pranayama breathing and circle chants. All are welcome, from newcomers to experienced participants, with only 12 places available.
