Geddington Gong Sound Bath Evening

A restorative gong sound bath evening with sound therapists Edwin and Harshani at Geddington Village Hall.

Participants lie in Yoga Nidra while sound therapists Edwin and Harshani play Yin and Yang gongs, an Earth Gong, Universal Symphonic Gong, Chinese wind gong, shamanic drumming, rattles and an ocean drum. The sound bath runs 7–8pm, followed by 15 minutes of grounding and breathing practices. Attendees bring their own mat, blankets, cushion and bolster; the session is unsuitable during pregnancy, for those with pacemakers or sound-induced epilepsy.
