ISLANDMAN – Live

Tolga Böyük performs Islandman material solo, reworked live for a 360° spatial-audio environment.

For this edition, Islandman founder Tolga Böyük performs solo and rearranges the project’s music for a fully spatial system, shifting emphasis toward texture, resonance and depth. The live performance surrounds the audience as the music moves through the room. The page describes Islandman’s sound as drawing on Anatolian music and hypnotic electronic rhythms.
