Beginner Handstand Workshop [Southampton]

A beginner-friendly workshop designed to help participants gain confidence and simplify the technique of handstands.

This workshop is designed for beginners who find handstands difficult or confusing. The session aims to simplify the technique and help participants gain more confidence in performing handstands. It is an in-person, two-hour session held at Be in the Sky - Pole, Aerial and Movement Studio.
